Update

Its been forever since I posted because well honestly why to much going on and I completely forgot I had my own blog until about hmmm 2 mins ago lol.

So what has been happening.

The holidays were pretty good. My parents and a couple friends came over for Thanksgiving. As usual I made way to much food this always seems to happen without fail. The food was great though like always. We spent Christmas and my sons birthday at my In-Laws. Had a blast we were there for 13 days first holiday I have spent with them and met all my siblings in-law. I got pampered while there had my hair and nails done was awesome I definitely need to do those things more often. But I am just not a high maintenance person. My hubby and I also got to spend some much need alone time together to enjoy date nights and all that goodness that is hard to do when u have a 2 yr old. 

So as of most recent it is back to just Zek and I in the house. Hubby is on another deployment this makes take two of deployments. Honestly they aren't that bad I know that some women complain constantly about them but honestly you just need to keep yourself busy and have friends to hang out with. Which is the biggest problem for a lot of military wives instead of banning together to get through things they gang up on each other and cause all kinds of problems and UN-need drama. Honestly people just shut the hell as the saying goes if you can't say any nice don't say anything at all. I am not gonna lie there are quite a few women on this base that I can not stand but you don't see me going around talking about them. HELL NO I have way to many other important things to worry about.

And last but not least my changes for myself I have decide I am to blah in appearance but which totally doesn't fit my weird personality and if you knew me you would understand. So my hubby has been helping me pick clothes out for my new steam punk wardrobe that will make its debut at my hubbies homecoming sometime in the fall. I will post a pic or two when the time comes also next month for my birthday I will be treating myself to a hair makeover my hair is going to look so awesome deep red with black tips. I am also seriously considering a lip ring just a small stud I think would look awesome. For me not to big a deal just another body accent. I already have 6 piercings used to have 7 but got tired of the tongue ring and three tats on my back.

Wow its been a long time

Boy I sure have dropped the ball on my blogging. Just way to many things going on in life right now. Two of my biggest issues are unfortunately health related. I keep having problems with sinusitis and my back has been acting up. I trying not to whine because lord knows enough ppl do that now days but it really is draining me dealing with that and trying to keep my son occupied and happy. Our dog is a handful as well LOL its like I have 2 two year olds in the house. Tomorrow I am going to attempt to get back into my coupon grove again because well unfortunately I have been slacking in that department considerably. My weight has been continuing to drop not as quickly as I would like but I am now only 9 lbs from my goal weight so that makes me pretty happy. Weight Watchers has been playing a big part in my weight lose goals. I have also been working on my cooking skills and I am proud to say I have been doing great with making as many items from scratch as possible. Some of the items are breads, noodles and griddle cakes. For some reason food just tastes better made from scratch like women did back in the early 1900's. Its so sad that many women nowadays can't or won't cook. What happened? The same goes with keeping up on the house work. Do people really like to live like animals? I understand that everyone has stuff to do on a daily basis but really is it that hard to throw your trash in the can and vaccum for 20 min here and there? I used to work 40+ hrs a week, take care of my son alone when I was off work, cook and keep the house clean and laundry done when my hubby was in training for the Navy. I see women that stay home all day with one kid that can't keep their house even close to clean. Well as long as my house is clean that is all that matters I guess. Time to try and get somewhat comfortable with this horrible heat wave and lack of AC in my house cause some idiot failed to think that might be a good idea in the houses down here.

Went to the NEX for some poster board to make some signs for when Orrin gets home and found some things worth buying with my coupons. The only things I bought that didn't have coupons were the poster boards and a backpack harness buddy. I know some ppl are against it but I am looking forward to using it becuz Zek likes to have some freedom and it will make it a lot easier on Daddy and I to hold that then Zek's hand especially since Orrin is so tall lol the poor guy would be hunched over trying to hold Zek's hand. Mother's Day

Woke up looking forward to buying newspapers for coupons and completely forgot that on Holiday weekends there are no coupons in the newspapers due to all the sales going on. I guess I can wait another week if I have too. I also went to the farmers market today and picked up some fruits and veggies for Zek and I. My good friend Bonnie was there and bought me a shrimp taco that was freaking awesome definitely gonna have to get some next weekend when I have more money and she also got me the cutest little cupcakes that are as well really good. Not a lot to talk about today unfortunately other what I already talked about came home talked with my neighbor for a bit and then just got up from a nap.

Mothers day gifts and Freebies on ur birthday

I got some beautiful flowers from my wonderful hubby today for Mother's day as well as a mini spa pack and he told me there is much more to come. Forgive me for gloating but my husband is freaking awesome all I can say is i was a bit shocked when he told me what he bought because no one has ever spoiled me this much and sad to say I didn't even say thank you at first because of the fact I was so shocked I feel terrible for that and apologized like 20 times. Now that I don't feel so much like an ass for it here is the gloating part he bought me a 32 inch flat screen TV, a blue ray player and the Avatar movie on blue ray. He said there is another gift coming along with all that for the life of me I have no clue what it could be. He said that he wants to spoil me and I personally think he is doing a pretty darn good job of it. Now to find just the perfect spot in the bedroom to put all my loot because that is where all this is meant to go. I can't wait for it to get here.

Changing things up

Well as a lot of you may know from my Facebook posts that I have gotten into couponing. I have to say Hello my name is Ronni and I think I am addicted to coupons lol. I am going to just start writing about daily life and my daily savings. I am sure a lot of you won't be interested but it is something to put down how I feel and my achievements with shopping. I also don't want to bog down Facebook I know from experience it can get annoying to have ppl do that and only see a ton of posts from that one person each day. I have to say I am the most proud of the fact I didn't have to pay for the magic erasers at all.
